It will take a community.

The Druker Center for Innovation is committed to building visionary health systems that advance wellbeing from within the community. Our work will have a positive impact on critical quality of life outcomes for community members. It will also enhance the capacity of health systems to create comprehensive new models of community and population-based care that include a broader focus on social determinants of health.
We’re partnering with nonprofits, the public and private sector, foundations and individuals to rebuild community to advance wellbeing.
Our current work on the linkAges platform engages and activates the potential of community-based networks to support the wellbeing of older adults and advance successful aging in place.
